During the days of the German retreat from the territory surrounding Rassina, the farmworker Santi Pastorelli was buried alive by an unspecified German patrol.

Description

The rectangular marble plaque has a thick frame in relief and is set in the façade of the Town Hall in Rassina. It is fixed with four bronze pegs and stands on two feet, also made of marble. At its base there is a votive lamp. The names of 19 dead, both civilians and partisans, are engraved in alphabetical order in two columns.
